In this case the Source of the Data are the people themselves – you can’t get any closer than that! The fewer people interested, and the less important the situation, the faster the Inclusion and Deliberation processes will take, and an Accord should be reached quickly. Or if there are large numbers of interested people, and the situation is of great importance, the Democratic Process will take longer.

But an important thing to remember is that no matter how quickly or slowly the process unfolds, it is still Democracy in action at all times – and with an instant response time regarding those involved.
